Subscription Terms
What your plan includes, how billing works, and how to cancel or request a refund.
At a glance
- 10 devices at once. One subscription, across supported Glim apps.
- 30-day money-back guarantee. Website payments are refundable in full within 30 days, no questions asked. App-store purchases use the store’s refund process.
- Renewal is a choice. Recurring plans renew until canceled; one-time purchases do not.
This summary is a guide. Please read the full document below.
1. Your agreement
These Subscription Terms apply to paid Glim plans provided by NetAI LTD., Intershore Chambers, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands. They supplement the Terms of Service. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
These terms govern subscription-specific matters if they differ from the Terms of Service. The plan and offer disclosed at checkout form part of your purchase. Nothing here removes a more favorable promise made for that purchase or any mandatory consumer rights.
2. Plans & device allowance
Your paid plan supports up to ten (10) devices at the same time under one Glim account. Sign in with the same account on supported apps. Features and available downloads can differ by platform and region; a device allowance does not mean every platform or third-party service is supported.
Plans may be monthly, annual, or a one-time purchase for a stated period. The checkout shows the billing currency, total price, applicable taxes, duration, discounts, and whether payment recurs. A monthly equivalent shown for an annual plan is a comparison price, not monthly billing.
You may use Glim for your own personal and work activities. You may not resell access, publish account credentials, or operate a shared commercial VPN service using your subscription.
3. Trials & promotional access
A trial or free-access offer applies only when it is expressly offered to you. Its duration, eligibility, included features, and any later charge are shown before you accept. Free access without a payment authorization does not itself authorize us to charge you.
If you choose a trial that converts to a paid subscription, the offer must disclose the first charge and renewal terms. Cancel through the purchase channel by the displayed deadline to avoid that charge. Apple may require cancellation at least 24 hours before a trial ends. Store rules determine whether trial access ends immediately on cancellation.
4. Billing & automatic renewal
For an auto-renewing plan, you authorize the disclosed recurring charge until you cancel. The checkout or store confirmation specifies the billing interval, renewal price, and any introductory period. A one-time payment buys only the stated access period and does not renew automatically.
Website payments are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout, including Stripe or a regional payment provider where available. Apple and Google handle purchases made through their stores. Availability of a payment method depends on your region and currency.
Taxes and mandatory charges payable to us are disclosed before purchase. Your bank or wallet may separately apply currency-conversion or other charges. We do not control those charges.
Purchasing through another channel does not automatically cancel an existing subscription. Check your existing subscriptions before starting a second one.
5. Managing & canceling
- Website: sign in to your Glim account and use the subscription management or cancellation control. If it is unavailable or you cannot access your account, email support@glim.cc for help.
- Apple: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or the App Store subscription settings for the Apple Account used to buy.
- Google Play: open Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions in the Google Play account used to buy.
Cancel before the next charge or the deadline shown by your store. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access normally continues until the end of the paid period. A one-time purchase needs no renewal cancellation.
Cancellation and a refund are separate requests. Canceling alone does not return an earlier payment. Uninstalling Glim, signing out, or deleting your Glim account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel with the store separately; contact us before deleting your account if you need help resolving website billing.
6. 30-day money-back guarantee
Website purchases
Request a full refund within 30 calendar days of the payment date by emailing support@glim.cc. This covers website subscription payments, including renewals, and website one-time purchases. You do not need to explain why you are canceling or prove a technical fault.
Include your account email and order or receipt reference so we can locate the payment and verify ownership. Do not send full card details, passwords, or verification codes. Your request date determines whether you are within the 30-day window, even if processing takes longer.
We refund the amount actually paid for that order, including taxes collected with it, to the original payment method where supported. Points or promotional credit are not cash and are not paid out as cash. We do not deduct a usage or cancellation fee. Your provider’s processing time and any separate bank, exchange, or network charges can affect when and how the refund appears. If the original method cannot receive a refund, we will contact you to agree on an available alternative.
Once the refund is processed, the access purchased by that payment ends, and the associated website renewal is canceled. Unrelated paid access is unaffected. A payment cannot be refunded twice; a pending chargeback may need to be resolved with the payment provider first.
Apple App Store & Google Play
Store purchases must be refunded through the original store’s process and are subject to its refund rules and applicable law. For Apple, use Report a Problem. For Google Play, use the refund option in your order history or Google Play’s refund help. Contact us within 30 days if you need help identifying the purchase or submitting the request. We cannot override a store’s decision or promise its processing time.
After 30 days & statutory remedies
Outside the website guarantee period, cancellation does not normally result in a prorated refund. This does not limit rights relating to unauthorized charges, defective or misdescribed services, statutory withdrawal, or other mandatory remedies. Where a statutory withdrawal period applies, any request to start service early and any legally required consent or acknowledgment must be obtained separately; accepting these terms alone does not waive those rights.
7. Plan & price changes
Before you confirm a plan change, we or the store will show its price, effective date, and any credit or prorated charge. We will not increase the price of a period you have already paid for.
Renewal price changes will be communicated in advance, with enough time to cancel before the new price applies. Where law or store rules require your consent, the change will not apply without it. A discount applies only for the period disclosed with that offer.
8. Discounts & rewards
Coupons, referral rewards, and account credits are governed by the eligibility, value, limits, expiry, and redemption conditions shown with the offer. They are not money or a stored-value account and are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless the offer or applicable law provides otherwise.
Website credits do not automatically apply to Apple or Google purchases. Do not assume a credit or discount will apply to a later renewal unless it is disclosed. Rewards linked to a purchase may be reversed if that purchase is refunded, reversed, or fraudulent. Changes to future offers do not retroactively remove an earned entitlement except under its disclosed conditions or applicable law.
9. Payment issues & service changes
If a payment fails, the provider may retry it under the agreed billing terms. We may pause unpaid access and will provide a way to resolve the issue. A good-faith refund request or payment dispute is not, by itself, misuse.
We may restrict access for a material breach, fraud, security threats, or a legal requirement as described in the Terms of Service. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to correct an error. Any restriction must be proportionate and does not automatically forfeit your refund or statutory rights.
If we permanently discontinue paid service, or materially reduce your paid entitlement without your agreement and cannot provide a reasonable remedy, you may cancel and receive a refund for the unused paid period. More favorable legal remedies still apply.
10. Updates & contact
Material changes to these terms will be notified before taking effect, with consent sought where required. They will not retroactively reduce an existing refund right or rewrite the price or duration of an already-paid period. Governing law and dispute rights are set out in the Terms of Service.
